21 No Carb Snacks to Put You into Ketosis

Finding the right no-carb snacks when you’re on a keto diet can be challenging. These snacks have little to no carbs thus will help you stay in ketosis.

On a keto or low carb diet, it’s so important to keep track of your carbs.

That’s why I’ve compiled 21 no-carb snacks. These snacks contain zero net carbs, or as close to zero net carbs as possible, helping you to achieve your weight loss goals even faster.

1. Keto Parmesan Crisps

A one ounce serving of Potato Chips contains a whopping 15 grams of net carbs. That’s where these Keto Parmesan Crisps come in as a healthy alternative.

To make them, spoon mounds of shredded Parmesan cheese about 2 inches apart. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or a silicone-lined baking sheet to prevent your crisps from sticking. You can get some here.

A one-ounce serving of pickled or canned green olives contains only 0.2 grams of net carbs, making them a tasty, low-carb snack.

If you buy some other varieties, a one-ounce serving can contain as much as 0.9 grams of net carbs.

And you can even get olives in snack-size portions for extra convenience. These ones aren’t packed in liquid, so you don’t have to worry about spills.

5. Pork Rinds

Pork Rinds provide more than 30% of your daily protein needs and zero grams of net carbs.

6. Seaweed Snacks

Like cheddar cheese? That’s a fairly good option; one slice contains 0.6 grams of net carbs.

On the other hand, you may want to stay from American cheese. That’s because one slice contains 1.9 grams of net carbs.

One serving contains zero grams of net carbs. And they’re packed with fat too, so they make a tasty fat bomb.

Making them is really easy. Just slice up your pepperoni and lay them on some paper towels.

Cover them with another paper towel, and microwave for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!

20. Cucumbers

When it’s hot outside, sometimes you need something cold and refreshing to cool you down. Something like cucumbers.

A one-ounce serving of cucumber with the peel contains only 0.9 grams of net carbs.

A one-ounce serving without the peel contains just 0.4 grams of net carbs. Now that’s my kind of snack.

21. Dill Pickles

Going on a picnic this summer? Dill pickles make for a refreshing, low carb snack.

After all, what’s not to love about dill pickles? And the good thing is that they return the love.

One small dill pickle contains only 0.6 grams of net carbs. It’s also a good source of Vitamin K too.

    Thank you for sharing! I did keto years ago, but there were not as many recipes I liked, so I quit. I am happy to tell you that thanks to people like you I am back and loving it!!. My husband joined me and we have lost 30lbs each in two months. We are not in ANY medication for cholesterol and my husband was on high pressure and also on diabetes. He checks three times a day and is normal .
