On a keto or low carb diet, it’s so important to keep track of your carbs. Go over, and you may not be able to fit into your skinny jeans.
Getting your snacks to be low in carbs is one thing. But getting them to have no carbs is a whole other beast.
That’s why I’ve compiled 21 no-carb snacks. These snacks contain zero net carbs, or as close to zero net carbs as possible.
By snacking on them, you may be able to achieve your weight loss goals even faster.

1. Keto Parmesan Crisps
When you have an attack of the munchies, you want something salty and crispy…like potato chips.
But potato chips are a no-no on the keto diet. That’s because they’re loaded with carbs.
Just one measly one ounce serving contains a whopping 15 grams of net carbs. And as yummy as they are, they’re not worth it.
That’s where these Keto Parmesan Crisps come in handy. They’re crispy and cheesy and will satisfy your cravings.
And one serving contains only 0.2 grams of net carbs. Double win!
To make them, spoon mounds of shredded Parmesan cheese about 2 inches apart. Then place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or a silicone lined baking sheet.

And they’re low in net carbs. In fact, one large hard-boiled egg contains only 0.6 grams of net carbs.

Now, time for some bacon. After all, what’s not to love about bacon?
Thankfully, bacon loves you back. One slice of baked bacon contains only 0.1 grams of net carbs.

And it is a good source of phosphorus, which you need for healthy bones.
Now, you can make bacon on the stovetop. But to prevent the grease from spattering on your stovetop, you can just bake it in your oven instead. Here is an easy way to cook bacon in your oven.
You’ve probably had olives as a topping on your low carb pizza. But did you know they make a tasty, low carb snack too?
In fact, a one-ounce serving of olives contains only 0.2 grams of net carbs. That is if you buy pickled or canned green olives.
If you buy some other varieties, a one-ounce serving can contain as much as 0.9 grams of net carbs…still pretty decent if I may say.
And you can even get olives in snack-size portions for extra convenience. These ones aren’t packed in liquid, so you don’t have to worry about spills.
5. Pork Rinds
If you’re craving something crispy and crunchy, pork rinds are another great option.
A one-ounce serving contains drumroll, please … zero grams of net carbs. And, it’s packed with protein too.
It provides more than 30% of your daily protein needs. So, it makes the perfect post-workout snack.
Besides using pork rinds as snacks, you can use them as “croutons” for your salad, eat them with dips, or even crush them to make breading for your meat. If you’d like to stock up on some, you can get some here.
Pork rinds are also a great keto substitute for breadcrumbs.
6. Seaweed Snacks
Looking for a vegan snack option? Seaweed snacks are an excellent choice.
To keep the carb count low, look for those that don’t contain sugar. These ones here contain zero net carbs per pack.
They’re also a good source of Vitamin C, which you need for a healthy immune system. And they contain vegan omega-3s which are important for brain health.
But nutrition aside, these snacks are perfect for snacking on. That’s because they’re crispy and salty, making them a great alternative to potato chips.

And the good news is that ¼ of avocado contains only 0.9 grams of net carbs.
Avocados are also rich in fiber and fats, which help keep you full. So, you don’t need a lot to satisfy your hunger.
What’s more- avocados are packed with tons of nutrients including Vitamin C, E, K to name a few. So, you can feel good eating them.
Now, avocados can be a pain to peel, so to save your fingers, you can just use an avocado slicer like this.
Cheese can be pretty low carb depending on the variety. So, make sure you look at the nutrition label before choosing one.
One slice of Monterey cheese, for instance, contains only 0.1 grams of net carbs. So, you can eat a couple of slices, and not go overboard on your carbs.
Like cheddar cheese? That’s a fairly good option; one slice contains 0.6 grams of net carbs.
On the other hand, you may want to stay from American cheese. That’s because one slice contains 1.9 grams of net carbs. And you know, you can’t just stop at one, right?
12. Cauliflower Sandwich Thins
And talking about cheese, what’s cheese without some bread- low carb bread that is?
If you’re looking for a convenient low-carb alternative to commercial bread, definitely give these cauliflower sandwich thins a try.

13. Beans Snacks

15. Canned Tuna
Don’t have a ton of money to buy expensive zero carb snacks? Snack on canned tuna instead.
Canned tuna is pretty affordable. So, it works great on a budget.
And an entire can contains 0 grams of net carbs. So, it’s one of the best low carb snacks on the market.
It’s also an excellent source of protein, selenium, phosphorus, and a couple of B vitamins. And it’s packed with heart-healthy omega-3s.
But the best part is that you can eat it right out of the can…no cooking required.
16. Canned Chicken
Not a fan of seafood? Try canned chicken instead.
One can contains 1 gram of net carbs. It’s also rich in protein, zinc, and selenium.
If you’re not a big fan of the taste of canned chicken, you can simply fry it in some olive oil and add some spices like Taco seasoning.
17. Smoked Herring
Want something fancy? Have some smoked herring!
Besides eating it as a snack, smoked herring makes a pretty tasty addition to your salads.
And talking about salads, we could all use a bit more veggies in our diet. And celery is a great low carb option.
One medium stalk of celery contains just 0.8 grams of net carbs. It’s also a good source of Vitamin K which helps your blood clot.
But the best part is that it has virtually no calories. So, it’s a great snack if you’re trying to lose some weight.
19. Pepperoni Chips
Never had pepperoni chips? What are you waiting for?
They’re crispy, salty, and taste amazing.
One serving contains zero grams of net carbs. And they’re packed with fat too, so they make a tasty fat bomb.
Making them is really easy. Just slice up your pepperoni and lay them on some paper towels.
Cover them with another paper towel, and microwave for about 2 minutes. Enjoy!
When it’s hot outside, sometimes you need something cold and refreshing to cool you down. Something like cucumbers.
A one-ounce serving of cucumber with the peel contains only 0.9 grams of net carbs. And if you want to shave even more carbs off, eat it without the peel.
A one-ounce serving without the peel contains just 0.4 grams of net carbs. Now that’s my kind of snack.
21. Dill Pickles
Going on a picnic this summer? Dill pickles make for a refreshing, low carb snack.
After all, what’s not to love about dill pickles? And the good thing is that they return the love.
One small dill pickle contains only 0.6 grams of net carbs. It’s also a good source of Vitamin K too.
