I work all day, have my lagree classes, so honestly I don’t feel like cooking most of the evenings. And I know I’m not alone.
I’ve assembled a list of some of my favorite super lazy high protein dinners. What’s good about them is that they’re also low calorie.
So, yes, all these high protein meals are packing protein, flavor, and are just under 500 calories. Now, that’s the kind of dinner I can actually bother to make, because it doesn’t it take a lot of effort to get it going.

Crockpot recipes are some of my favorites because they are just so easy! This Tuscan chicken recipe is high-protein and low effort but tastes incredible.
Besides bone-in chicken thighs, you only need basic ingredients like broth, heavy cream, a few seasonings, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. The creamy sauce is to die for and comes together super quickly in a skillet.
