Tart raspberries meet creamy cottage cheese in these natural gummies. They are gluten-free, low-carb, and have less than 100 calories per serving.

One of my guilty pleasures are gummies.

Those who know me know how much I LOVE gummies. But, store-bought gummies are full of additives and chemicals that are not good for your health.

So, when I’m craving something sweet and chewy, these are my go-to options.

These raspberry cottage cheese gummies are as easy to make as they are satisfying to snack on, with a soft, jelly-like texture from the gelatin and a fresh raspberry flavor that comes through in every bite.

Ingredients and Substitutes

Cottage cheese, blended 2% (1 3/4 cup) – Replace with Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat, or low-fat). You can also use silken tofu for a dairy-free and plant-based alternative.

Chia seeds (1/4 cup) – Swap with ground flaxseeds or psyllium husk.

Raspberries (2 cups) – Substitute with fresh or frozen berries like strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries.

Maple syrup (2 tbsp) – Use honey, agave syrup, or date syrup. If you want to reduce the carb and calorie content, switch to a sugar-free syrup.

How I Would Modify This Recipe

  • Boost the protein: Add a scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder to the cottage cheese mix.
  • Kid-friendly: Use silicone gummy molds instead of a loaf pan to cut the mixture into fun shapes.
  • Berry mix: If you want to add more flavor, I recommend using a berry mix instead of just raspberries.

My Storage Tips

Place any leftover gummies in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge for up to 5 days. I don’t recommend freezing these gummies since they can become grainy after thawing.

These are great to meal prep if you want to keep a batch with you when your sweet cravings hit.
