Yogurt Base

Greek yogurt

Cocoa powder (1 tbsp)

Maple syrup (1 tbsp)

Cinnamon (1/4 tsp)

Toppings

Pumpkin seeds

  1. Mix all the yogurt ingredients.
  2. Top up the yogurt up with the rest of the ingredients.

Smoothie part

Almond milk (1/2 cup)

Raspberries (1/2 cup)

Blueberries (1/2 cup)

  1. Add almond milk, raspberries, blueberries, and banana to a blender.
  2. Add some Greek yogurt to the bowl (optional).

  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt.

Honey (a drizzle)

  1. Add almond milk, banana, rolled oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until one smooth texture.
  2. Add some Greek yogurt (optional) to the bowl, pour the smoothie into the bowls and add the rest of the ingredients.
