Bright, lemon-marinated chicken combined with umami olives, creamy feta, and fluffy quinoa. This gluten-free, high-protein bowl is a great anti-inflammatory Mediterranean recipe. Incredibly filling - 860 calories and 69g protein!

I started making these anti-inflammatory Greek chicken bowls to bring Mediterranean flavors into my kitchen while still giving me powerful ingredients.

These bowls bring together fluffy quinoa, lemon-marinated chicken, crisp cucumbers and tomatoes, salty feta, and olives. And, it’s all coated in the same delicious garlicky lemon-oregano dressing as the chicken.
