Here, the sweet, savory, and umami flavors shine in each bite. These teriyaki beef cauliflower rice bowls are high in protein, gluten-free, and perfect for busy weeknights.

These teriyaki bowls are one of those meals that feel both cozy and refreshing at the same time. They were an inspiration when I craved takeout food, but still wanted to be on track with my health goals.

Each serving packs over 50 grams of protein to keep you full and energized. And, its cauliflower base makes it a great gluten-free meal.

But for me, the best thing is the slow cooker method. The flank steak simmers gently in a sauce made of coconut aminos, honey, and fresh ginger. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth beef that easily absorbs every drop of the rich and delicious sauce.
