Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ lbs chicken breasts boneless, skinless (cut into strips)
- 3 bell peppers cut into strips (use whatever colors you want)
- 1 medium white onion sliced
- 1 lime juiced
- fresh cilantro chopped
For Serving:
- 12 small corn shells
- sour cream grated cheese, guacamole, salsa (OPTIONAL)
Preheat the oven to 400F and oil the baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine chilli powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Add chicken strips to the baking sheet, cover with the mix of olive oil and spices.
Add in the bell peppers, white onion and toss to combine.
Cook in the oven for around 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Squeeze out the lime juice all over the sheet pan and sprinkle over chopped cilantro.
Serve in tortillas.
