- 1 cup natural unsalted, unsweetened creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut flour
Mix all the ingredients as well as you can.
Line a large plate or tray with parchment paper.
Form small balls out of the dough. Place them on the plate or tray and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes or so.
