Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies (2g Net Carbs)
These chewy low carb cookies go well with a cup of coffee or tea. With only 2g of net carbs, you can have them for breakfast or as a dessert when you're on a ketogenic diet.

- 1 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp granulated erythritol
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
Melt the butter, add milk and vanilla extract to it. Mix it well.
Now mix both dry and wet ingredients. Shape the dough into cookies and bake at 375F (190 C degrees) for 10 minutes. If you’re using the fan: 340 F (170 C degrees).
Let them cool down before serving.
