Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts skinless and boneless
  • 1 oz packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 oz packet dry au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers sliced and drained
  • 1/4 cup pepper juice from the jar of pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  • Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Cover with the ranch seasoning and gravy mix.
  • Place butter on top of the seasoned chicken, and add pepperoncini peppers. Cover with pepper juice.
  • Cook on high heat for up to 4 hours or on low heat for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
  • Serve with rice, potatoes, egg noodles, or a salad for a healthier version!
