Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

- 2 lbs chicken breasts skinless and boneless
- 1 oz packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
- 1 oz packet dry au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 1 cup pepperoncini peppers sliced and drained
- 1/4 cup pepper juice from the jar of pepperoncini peppers
Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Cover with the ranch seasoning and gravy mix.
Place butter on top of the seasoned chicken, and add pepperoncini peppers. Cover with pepper juice.
Cook on high heat for up to 4 hours or on low heat for 6-8 hours. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
Serve with rice, potatoes, egg noodles, or a salad for a healthier version!
