Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it.
In a large bowl, mix together mashed bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
In a smaller bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and cardamom.
Add the almond flour mixture to the wet ingredients, and mix until fully combined.
Finally, fold in 1 cup of blueberries.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top up the bread with a few blueberries, spread them evenly to prevent the top from sinking in from the blueberries.
Bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 30 minutes to prevent the top from burning.
Remove from the oven, allow the bread to cool down and serve.
