- 4 crowns broccoli
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 5 garlic cloves minced
- a pinch of salt and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Chop up the broccoli into florets. Spread them on a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the cheese all over the broccoli in the baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes.
