Ingredients

  • 4 crowns broccoli
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • a pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • Chop up the broccoli into florets. Spread them on a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the cheese all over the broccoli in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
