Ingredients

  • Half a lemon
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 packet smoked salmon 100g, 3.5 oz
  • 1 small onion

Instructions

  • Slice smoked salmon into 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide strips. Mash half an avocado and squeeze in some lemon juice. It will keep the avocado from turning brown.
  • Slice the onion and layout the salmon strips. Place a teaspoon of mashed avocado onto the salmon and a little bit of onion.
  • Now roll the salmon around it and secure with a toothpick.
