4-Ingredient Smoked Salmon Bites

- Half a lemon
- Half an avocado
- 1 packet smoked salmon 100g, 3.5 oz
- 1 small onion
Slice smoked salmon into 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide strips. Mash half an avocado and squeeze in some lemon juice. It will keep the avocado from turning brown.
Slice the onion and layout the salmon strips. Place a teaspoon of mashed avocado onto the salmon and a little bit of onion.
Now roll the salmon around it and secure with a toothpick.
