These keto deviled eggs are a wonderful snack or appetizer for parties. It's the sort of treat you can have even if you're not on a low carb diet and completely enjoy it!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • paprika for garnish
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring the water to boil and add in the eggs. Let them boil for 12-14 minutes. Once boiled, place the eggs in a bowl of cold water and let them cool down.
  • Once cooled, peel the eggs, slice them in half and remove the yolks. Make sure you keep them in a bowl.
  • Now, mash the yolks, add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix them all together.
  • Afterward, add in the egg yolk mixture back into the halves of egg whites. Sprinkle some paprika and chopped fresh parsley.
