Bring the water to boil and add in the eggs. Let them boil for 12-14 minutes. Once boiled, place the eggs in a bowl of cold water and let them cool down.
Once cooled, peel the eggs, slice them in half and remove the yolks. Make sure you keep them in a bowl.
Now, mash the yolks, add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix them all together.
Afterward, add in the egg yolk mixture back into the halves of egg whites. Sprinkle some paprika and chopped fresh parsley.
