  • 1 piece of bread toasted

THE SPREAD

  • avocado/peanut butter/cream cheese/unsalted butter/hummus/cottage cheese

TOPPINGS (SWEET)

  • strawberries/blueberries/raspberries/pineapples/bananas/peaches

TOPPINGS (SAVORY)

  • white cheddar/avocado/cucumber/eggs/tomatoes/

GARNISH

  • cashews/dill/parsley/sesame seeds/flax seeds

Instructions

  • Toast your bread. Spread your toast with either mashed avocado, peanut butter, cream cheese, butter, hummus or even cottage cheese.
  • Top up with fruits. berries of your choice. You could also use cheese, vegetables.
  • Use a bit of garnish to bring more flavors to the toast.
