- 3 cups baby spinach roughly chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes halved
- 1/2 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella diced
- 1/2 cup salami sliced into quarters
Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- A pinch of salt
In a jar, combine all of the dressing ingredients and shake to combine.
In a large bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients and then cover with the dressing. Toss to combine and serve!
