Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and keep in a jar for at least 8 hours. Top up with some berries.
