  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 honey cracker crumbled
  • 2/3 cup almond milk or any other milk
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese or any yogurt of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey or any other sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 strawberries chopped
