- 2 medium bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 350F/175C. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Take a medium-sized scoop and scoop out the dough onto the parchment paper.
Flatten out each cookie with a spoon.
Bake in the oven for 17 minutes and cool down before serving.
