Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mature cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • pinch of salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
  • Chop broccoli into small pieces.
  • Add broccoli, heavy cream, sour cream, 1/3 cup of cheese, onion powder, and salt with pepper into a baking dish.
  • Stir well and top up with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it's golden brown.
