- 1 head of broccoli
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mature cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- pinch of salt and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
Chop broccoli into small pieces.
Add broccoli, heavy cream, sour cream, 1/3 cup of cheese, onion powder, and salt with pepper into a baking dish.
Stir well and top up with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until it's golden brown.
