Healthy Apple Snacks

Make these low-calorie sweet apple snacks! Almond butter makes these bites extra nutritious, rich in flavors, and delicious. They're vegan0friendly, low-calorie and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened granola
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Deseed the apples and cut them into flat wedges. Keep them as flat as possible.
  • Spread the almond butter on one side of the apple, sprinkle some granola and cinnamon.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds until it's fully melted.
  • Finally, drizzle chocolate over the apple wedges.
