- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small broccoli head chopped
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce low sodium or coconut aminos (gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork to the pan and cook the meat until it's no longer pink, crumbling it while it's cooking. That will take around 5-8 minutes.
Add chopped broccoli and stir it in. Then, pour in beef broth.
Cover with a lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the broccoli softens up.
In a separate small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
Lower the heat and pour the sauce all over the stir fry, mix and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Finally, sprinkle the stir-fry with spring onions.
