Ground Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 small broccoli head chopped
  • 1/2 cup beef broth

Sauce

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce low sodium or coconut aminos (gluten-free)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Garnish

  • 3 spring onions sliced

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork to the pan and cook the meat until it's no longer pink, crumbling it while it's cooking. That will take around 5-8 minutes.
  • Add chopped broccoli and stir it in. Then, pour in beef broth.
  • Cover with a lid and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the broccoli softens up.
  • In a separate small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
  • Lower the heat and pour the sauce all over the stir fry, mix and let it cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Finally, sprinkle the stir-fry with spring onions.
