Cottage Cheese Berry Protein Bake

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt low-fat
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries
Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a 5’’x9’’loaf pan with parchment paper.
Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, banana, eggs, and oat flour to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Let batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
Pour into the pan and top with berries.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight before slicing. Serve.
