Chicken Salad Bites

- 1 English cucumber cut into thick slices
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp red hot sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 2 scallions sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce.
Add in the shredded chicken, celery, blue cheese, scallions, salt, and black pepper and combine well.
Slice the English cucumber into thick slices. It should be a total of about 18 slices.
Place 1 tablespoon of chicken salad per cucumber slice.
Garnish with dill before serving.
