- 2 ripe bananas
- 2/3 cup thick Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a 9x5’’ loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it.
Add bananas, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a food processor and pulse until smooth.
Then, add in rolled oats and pulse a little more until it forms a batter.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, remove from the oven, let it cool down for 10 minutes, and serve.
