- 2 medium bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup melted butter unsalted
- 3/4 cup almond milk or any other milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut for topping
Preheat the oven to 350F and prepare a 7’’x11’’ baking dish.
In a large bowl, mash bananas, crack in the eggs, and add honey, butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix all of the ingredients.
Add rolled oats and chocolate chips into a bowl. Combine well.
Transfer the dough to the baking dish, level it out, and sprinkle over shredded coconut.
Bake in the oven for 27-30 minutes. Let it cool down a little bit before serving.
