- 3 medium bananas mashed
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a 7“x 11 “ baking dish with oil.
In a large bowl, mash bananas, then crack in the eggs, add maple syrup, oat milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Give it a good mix.
Add in rolled oats and combine.
Carefully mix in blueberries and raspberries.
Pour the dough into a baking dish. Level it out and top it up with walnuts.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let it cool down before serving.
