Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas mashed
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup oat milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a 7“x 11 “ baking dish with oil.
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas, then crack in the eggs, add maple syrup, oat milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Give it a good mix.
  • Add in rolled oats and combine.
  • Carefully mix in blueberries and raspberries.
  • Pour the dough into a baking dish. Level it out and top it up with walnuts.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let it cool down before serving.
