- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 medium apple cored and chopped
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Toppings
- Pecans/walnuts
- Chopped apple
- Honey/maple syrup
- Seeds
- Grated chocolate
Heat up a saucepan to medium-high heat, add in the butter, and then chop the apple. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add in the water, rolled oats, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Give them a good mix and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
