Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium red apple peeled and sliced
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • a few ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Feel free to top up your smoothie with any seed of your choice.
