Almond Butter Energy Balls

These almond butter balls sweet, nutty, nutritious, and great for the kids. It's a perfect sweet snack before the workout that will give you the energy you need. Vegan, no-bake, high in fiber, gluten-free, Paleo, and dairy-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural unsalted creamy almond butter
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Line a large plate with parchment paper.
  • Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix. Once the mixture gets thicker, continue folding the dough.
  • Once the dough is thick, scoop out the balls with a cookie scoop. Or just use your own hands to form balls.
  • Place on a plate with parchment paper and keep in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
