  • 3 small apples 2 large apples
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or any other sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Core your apples and slice them into 1/2 inch thick slices. Keep the peel on.
  • Take a medium bowl and add in your butter. Microwave for a few seconds to melt the butter.
  • Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the butter. Give it a good mix.
  • Add in sliced apples and cover them with the mixture.
  • Air fry at 380F (195C) for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
