Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp granulated erythritol
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond flour, erythritol, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
  • Melt the butter, add milk and vanilla extract to it. Mix it well.
  • Now mix both dry and wet ingredients. Shape the dough into cookies and bake at 375F (190 C degrees) for 10 minutes. If you’re using the fan: 340 F (170 C degrees).
  • Let them cool down before serving.
